Ronald W Woss AM

Our founding Chairman, Ronald W Woss AM, has led the Woss Group of companies since its establishment in 1970.

He has been recognised for his outstanding contributions to society through his philanthropic leadership, with a particular interest in mental health, arts and culture.

Ronald has been a business leader in the Western Australian community since 1969, having retired as a pharmacist to try his hand at other ventures. He chaired various ASX listed companies and was involved in mineral exploration, oil and gas exploration and production, aquaculture, IT and private banking. He also headed a syndicate that searched for sunken treasure in the waters of the Spanish Azores.

Morgan Oliver

Morgan Oliver is Managing Director of the Woss Group and oversees the day-to-day operations of the Group.

Morgan has a broad range of industry experience including in commercial property management, property development, construction, and venture capital. Morgan holds Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Accounting degrees from Curtin University in Western Australia and is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA).

Karen Horler

Karen joined the Woss Group in 2021 and has over 30 years experience in office administration, small business management and accounting.

Karen’s knowledge of real estate through a family business and history of working with local accounting practices and entrepreneurs, makes a perfect fit for assisting the Woss Group Chairman and Managing Director in the day to day operations of the business.

Non-Executive Directors

  • Michael Blakiston

    Michael is a partner in Gilbert + Tobin’s Energy + Resources group of Corporate Advisory.

    Within his areas of practice, Michael has significant expertise and experience in joint ventures and strategic alliances, development agreements, project commercialisation, initial public offerings, takeovers and mergers, corporate and project fundraisings either with debt or equity, construction and service contracts and asset purchases and sales.

    In addition to his non-executive Director role with the Woss Group, Michael hold various Director roles with ASX listed and unlisted companies.

    Brigid Woss has been a Director with the Woss Group for more than 20 years.

    Brigid is passionate about giving back to the community through philanthropy and is involved with a number of not-for-profit organisations and various other charities.
